The Trumpeter 1/35 plastic kit models the Italian B1 Centauro 8x8 tank destroyer and emphasises authentic external geometry and visible suspension detail for presentation-oriented builds.

Conceived in Italy as an eight-wheeled armoured platform with a heavy gun, the Centauro entered production in 1989. It was deployed with a UN mission to Somalia in the early 1990s and later sold to countries such as Spain and Egypt.

The set reproduces the exterior and running gear across numerous components. The finished model has a length of 242.5mm and the kit includes copper cable for detailing as well as pre-printed decals for national markings.
