The Kyosho UM323C steel pinion is a 23-tooth motor pinion intended for 1/48 scale RC drivetrains. As the interface between motor and spur gear, proper mesh and alignment are essential to maintain smooth torque transfer and limit gear wear.

Use this pinion for scheduled replacements or when adjusting final drive ratios to alter acceleration and top speed characteristics on compact electric chassis. Confirm motor shaft diameter and the attachment method prior to fitting. Establish a small gear mesh clearance, secure the pinion, and test at low throttle to ensure the drive engages without binding.
