High Precision Cap-Nut for T4 2020 from XRAY

The XRAY 308352-K Aluminum Shock Cap-Nut is crafted from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and tailored for the T4 2020 shock assembly. The vented design and robust black finish make it a practical upgrade for consistent suspension performance.

Main Specifications and Design Points

  • Material: Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium for durability and reduced mass
  • Design: Integrated vent for controlled oil escape during setup
  • Compatibility: Intended for XRAY T4 2020 shock caps
  • Color: Black anodised for a clean, sturdy look

How It Helps Shock Performance

By allowing surplus oil to vent during assembly, the XRAY 308352-K makes it easier to achieve uniform oil levels between shocks, which improves repeatability. The machined interior grooves ensure the silicone membrane seals correctly to minimise leaks and keep shock response steady.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
No special tools are required. Fit the membrane, screw the cap-nut on and compress the shock to let excess oil escape. Top up as needed to match your chosen damping settings.
They do not directly increase speed, but by improving oil level consistency and reducing leaks they help your shock setup behave more predictably, which can aid handling.
Inspect the membrane and cap threads during routine service, clean off old oil and debris, and reapply light thread lubricant if needed to prevent galling.
They are compatible with shocks that share the same cap geometry. If your custom pistons do not alter cap dimensions, these cap-nuts should work, but always confirm fitment first.
