The XRAY 351121 XT8 Extended Aluminum Chassis lengthens the wheelbase by 13mm to deliver steadier handling and improved traction through rough corners. This change in geometry helps the buggy maintain composure at speed on technical layouts.

CNC Accuracy and Lower Centre of Gravity

Cut from Swiss 7075 T6 using precision CNC machining, the chassis offers a strong yet lightweight base. Material has been relieved beneath critical items like the motor, fuel tank and diffs to lower the centre of gravity and centralise mass. Countersunk screw holes keep the underside flush to reduce snags and protect fasteners.

Hardcoated Surface and Even Weight Distribution

The hardcoat treatment increases surface durability while a centralised component layout helps with balanced left-to-right weight. Tiny surface fractures can appear due to the aluminium hardness but they are typically cosmetic and do not affect on-track performance.
