XRAY 353357 aluminium rear hub carrier for refined XB808 setup

The XRAY 353357 Aluminum Adjustable Rear Hub Carrier is aimed at 1:8 off-road modelers wanting a durable, serviceable component. Swiss 7075 T6 construction plus a hard-coated surface provide longevity and stable fitment even after extended use.

Flexible roll-centre options with shim support

This carrier allows roll-centre changes through three upper link mounting positions. It includes aluminium shims sized 4x7.5x1 and 4x7.5x2 to help you make measured adjustments to the roll-centre geometry for different track conditions.

Engineered bearing retention with composite bushings

Composite bushings hold the wheel bearings on both flanges of the carrier, giving a precise seat and reduced wear compared with direct metal mounting. The result is more consistent bearing life and smoother wheel rotation.

Selectable composite inserts for handling balance

The composite roll-centre inserts can be fitted two ways to broaden tuning options. Fitting the insert in the upper position increases the roll-centre by +2mm, while the lower position provides the standard composite arrangement for neutral handling.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Fitting is straightforward with routine tools. Remove the existing carrier, transfer or replace bearings, mount the XRAY carrier and verify camber and toe after installation to ensure correct geometry.
The +2mm upper bushing position raises the roll-centre slightly, which can reduce body roll and sharpen turn-in. Test incrementally to find the best balance between traction and stability for your setup.
After installing the alloy carrier, continue with your normal maintenance schedule but pay attention to bearing play and bushing condition. The composite inserts and hard-coat help, but routine checks ensure longevity.
