The XRAY 355103 XB808 Adjustable Active Center Differential adds selectable centre behaviour to the XB808 chassis, helping drivers control traction transfer through corners. Its internal design focuses on predictable engagement and stable performance across sessions.
Constructed from XRAY composite for temperature stability, the diff body resists expansion under load. The integrated steel diff outdrive ring gives a consistent seating surface and the HUDY toughened steel outdrives are CNC-turned and lightened to lower inertia while preserving toughness.
The internal gears are die-cast from premium steel and hardened to reduce wear. The HUDY steel diff gear is produced to tight tolerances and carries a laser-engraved Active 42T label for quick recognition, with 41T and 43T alternatives available.
Active Diff segments are machined from robust steel and feature accurately cut V ramp grooves to control how the diff locks. The standard 90 degree segment is provided, with an optional 120 degree segment used for smoother gradual engagement.
