Are these stands compatible with aftermarket crankcases?

They work with crankcases that follow the Nova mounting pattern. If an aftermarket case deviates from that pattern you may need adaptors or different mounts.

Will the hard-coat affect heat transfer from the engine?

The coating is thin and primarily protects surfaces, so it has negligible effect on heat transfer compared with the underlying 7075 T6 aluminium body.

What maintenance should I perform after racing?

Clean the mounts of fuel residue, inspect mounting screws and bearing faces, and check for any signs of wear. Replace screws or hardware if threads show damage.
