This piston pin is an RC-scale replacement intended for use in O.S. Engine 35AX-class engines and compatible 35AX-design assemblies. It provides the rotating connection between piston and connecting rod and is offered as a single pcs spare for standard maintenance and repair of nitro model engines.

Replacement is a straightforward workshop procedure: strip the piston assembly, examine the pin bore and piston for damage or scoring, insert the pin through the piston and align the connecting rod, then secure circlips or retainers supplied. Use a light assembly oil on mating surfaces before final assembly to limit initial wear, and confirm axial clearance once fitted.
