This pack contains eight 3x6x1.5mm aluminum shims/collars in red manufactured by Yokomo, intended as small, precise spacers for hobby R/C models. The rings are intended to sit where a thin, rigid shim is required to correct wheel spacing, centre an axle, or take up a small amount of lateral play in assemblies that accept a 3x6x1.5mm washer-style part.

The collars are anodized to improve corrosion resistance and provide a consistent finish compared with plain metal washers, while remaining lightweight. The red anodizing makes individual pieces easy to distinguish during assembly and setup.

Fitting is simple if the mating part accepts a 3x6x1.5mm washer-type spacer: slide the collar onto the shaft or position it between hub surfaces as required, then reassemble the surrounding hardware. Check for free movement after assembly and perform a trial rotation to ensure there is no binding before finalising the build.

These shims are practical for small setup adjustments—stack them to refine track width, correct bearing preload, or eliminate slight lateral play without altering major components. Keeping a set of spares allows quick experimentation with small geometry changes.
