The Tamiya 81716 XF-16 Flat Aluminium is presented in a 10ml bottle and uses water-soluble acrylic resin as its base. It is appropriate for both brush application and airbrushing and adheres well to styrol resins, Styrofoam, wood and common modelling plastics.

Recommended Thinners and Usage Advice

For airbrushing, thin XF-16 with one of Tamiya's suggested thinners such as 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520 or 87077 to obtain optimal spray behaviour. Proper thinning will help avoid spitting and uneven coats.
