The CY-26/F machined aluminium front stabiliser is an aftermarket replacement for Hot Bodies Cyclone Sport and Racing versions. It swaps in for the factory front anti-roll component to modify front roll stiffness and help control weight transfer in corners.
Produced from machined aluminium to ensure repeatable stiffness and fit, the stabiliser changes how the front end resists roll without altering suspension geometry. This makes it suited to 1/10 electric on-road cars where small, reliable adjustments to roll resistance can fine-tune steering balance and tyre loading.
Installation requires removing the stock stabiliser and fitting the CY-26/F to the Cyclone's existing mounting points. Standard hex tools are sufficient; check fastener torque and alignment once fitted. After installation, ensure full suspension travel and inspect adjustable swaybar link lengths if present on your chassis.
Tuning advice: stiffening the front stabiliser typically reduces roll and can quicken turn-in, though it may increase understeer at speed. Reducing stiffness gives more front compliance and can improve front bite on slippery surfaces. Make incremental adjustments and evaluate performance under consistent conditions.
