X4F front fixed shock holder - product details

The XRAY 301977 front shock holder is an aluminium upgrade that shifts the shock mounting position on the X4F front end by +1mm to increase suspension travel and permit revised shock angles.

It offers three flex-adjustable mount positions and the option to use thin shims for finer angle adjustments, so you can tune front compliance and transient response while keeping base geometry intact.

Finished from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, the two-piece set is intended for repeated setup work and competitive use. The pack contains 2 pcs to outfit both front shock mounts on compatible X4F front assemblies.

Where it fits

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is designed for X4F front end layouts that list the fixed front shock holder as a replaceable part. Verify your front assembly matches the X4F fixed mount design before ordering.
Major roll centre changes are unlikely from a +1mm lift, but the altered shock angle can affect initial compliance; evaluate cornering balance and make small chassis or spring adjustments if necessary.
No additional machining should be required. Install using the stock fasteners and locations specified for the X4F front fixed mount; confirm fit and alignment before final tightening.
Yes. Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, they serve as a durable upgrade option for drivers seeking repeatable tuning and improved mount strength over stock aluminium options.
