These machined aluminium front C-hubs are made as a direct replacement for the Optima 2016 front carriers. The metal components are intended to reduce flex and give a more positive mounting face for the steering knuckle and wheel hub assembly.
To install, remove the stock carriers and move across any bearings or inserts, then attach the aluminium hubs to the existing mounting points using the model's standard screws. No specialist tools are necessary beyond routine hex drivers and workshop gear for 1/10 scale models.
