ARC A11 Split Upper Deck Explained

This split upper deck is an aftermarket replacement tailored for the ARC A11 touring chassis. The 1.6mm graphite plate is designed to mount in the rear and front upper deck positions and serves as an upper-chassis mounting element on the A11.

The part is used to influence local stiffness and to rebalance front-to-rear load transfer. Replacing the upper deck is a routine approach to adjust how the chassis routes forces between suspension elements and to change handling characteristics during corner entry and throughout the centre of the corner.

Install by disassembling the A11 upper deck area to remove the factory plate and fit this split unit. Ensure the deck sits flush and that fasteners align properly; because the plate is graphite, fine adjustments to screw torque will shift perceived stiffness.
