The MAKX0930S/2 aftermarket assembly is a pre-assembled front and rear differential set engineered for ARRMA 1/5 8S platforms. Each unit ships fully assembled and pairs hardened 20CrInTiH steel gears with 7075 aluminium housings to provide a sturdy yet weight-conscious solution for large-scale off-road trucks.

Helical 30T/9T gear pairs at a 2.0mm module are specified to improve how mesh loads are spread versus straight-cut designs, maintaining consistent backlash and manageable noise for tuning. These assemblies are supplied without differential oil; users should install silicone oil at the viscosity that matches their traction and handling aims, with 100k cSt suggested for strong locking under heavy torque.

Fitment follows the ARRMA factory layout and this assembly replaces the OEM part number ARA310937. It is intended solely for RC-scale use in applications requiring increased torque capacity and reliable gear engagement, such as aggressive off-road driving on ARRMA 1/5 platforms.

The item is supplied as a complete set of front and rear assembled differentials in the 30/9T ratio and requires only the addition of your chosen differential oil before installation.
