This economy one-piece alloy main chassis is tailored for the Associated RC18T platform and is supplied as a 1pc repair kit. The set pairs the alloy main plate with matched alloy mounts, steel screws and E-clips, plus Delrin posts to replace worn plastic mounting pieces.

Intended use: designed for repair and to re-establish baseline stiffness, the kit returns essential mounting geometry and provides a firmer platform for suspension and drivetrain tuning. It is useful after impact repairs or when replacing fatigued plastic components.

Fitting guidance: keep factory marks and follow torque settings listed in the RC18T manual when installing alloy parts. Inspect screw lengths before tightening and make sure E-clips are correctly seated on driveshafts. The Delrin posts reduce friction and improve wear resistance at pivot points.
