Auper D6 Rear Big Bore Damper Upgrade - SAK-D6818/BU by 3Racing  [SAK-D6818/BU]

The SAK-D6818/BU is an aluminium rear big bore absorber produced as a replacement for the Auper D6 chassis. It provides a direct rear shock upgrade to modify damping behaviour while supplying the durability of an aluminium housing over common plastic units.

This unit is finished in blue anodising and is built for on-road 1/10 configurations. Installation is completed by swapping the rear shocks on the Auper D6 and using the vehicle's existing mounting points and spring and shock-pin positions. No specialised tools are needed; inspect threads and preload after initial testing runs.

When tuning, the absorber helps adjust damping feel and ride behaviour: experimenting with spring rates, shock oil viscosities, and preload will change body roll and transient response. Select this damper when you require a stable aluminium housing for consistent performance across setup changes and track use.
