This non-scale resin figure kit recreates Chum Huau from the TV anime Aura Battler DUNBINE as a display piece; the finished model should stand at roughly 140 mm.
Aura Battler DUNBINE, produced by Sunrise in 1983, blends elements of medieval fantasy with insect-like mecha called aura battlers, which are driven by a pilot's life energy. Characters and their relationships to those machines define much of the series' setting.
Supplied as resin cast parts for a fixed pose, the kit's completed height is approximately 140 mm. The rear wings are cast in transparent resin to retain translucency. The prototype sculpt was completed by Dan Tsurugi. Images are illustrative and the silhouette shows the intended pose only.
A resin assembly kit aimed at model builders and collectors who want a character display piece with transparent wing elements and a sculpt by Dan Tsurugi; requires careful finishing and painting.
