49mm front and rear dampers matched to AX24 XC-1

Purpose-built for the AXIAL AX24 XC-1, these 49mm dampers use Aluminum 6061-T6 and are sized to work with standard AX24 shock mounts. They help lower internal friction and absorb impacts at slow speeds, improving stability when crawling over uneven rockwork.

The top spring retainer is adjustable so you can change spring preload and tune effective stiffness for different terrain or load conditions. The fitted black springs keep the original wire gauge, and the package contains four 0.35mm silver replacement springs for subtler rate adjustments.

The kit ships with cap head screws and the replacement springs required to switch rates between stock and replacement springs. Dampers are suitable for installation in front or rear choke positions on the AX24 XC-1 chassis; confirm mount compatibility before final assembly.

These 49mm aluminium dampers allow careful tuning of articulation and spring rate on a 1/24 AX24 XC-1 crawler by swapping springs and adjusting the retainer to suit driving conditions.
