Rear axle case reinforcement for AXIAL YETI XL

Upgrade the rear axle housing on an AXIAL YETI XL with the GPM YTL013N aluminium mount. The 6061 T6 aluminium body and 3D shaped profile give a cleaner look and stronger protection where the axle housing is most exposed. The oil-fill aperture makes lubricant top ups faster without stripping the entire unit down.

Is additional sealing needed after using the oil-fill aperture?

After topping up oil, ensure the fill aperture is properly closed to prevent dirt ingress. A light check after a run is advised.

Does this alter driveline geometry?

The mount is intended as a direct replacement for the original housing and should not change driveline geometry when fitted correctly.

What maintenance should I perform after heavy runs?

Clean mud and debris from the housing, check and retorque fasteners, and top up lubricant via the oil-fill aperture as required.
