25mm wheel hex adapters to widen SCX10 II track

These aluminium adapters increase effective axle width by 25mm to broaden the track of Axial SCX10 II crawlers, aiding lateral control on rocky and uneven terrain. They are compatible with 4mm threaded wheel shafts and wheels that use a 4mm hub bore.

The retention assembly features a Delrin centring collar to locate the wheel, an O-ring on one face and a spring-steel retaining ring with springs and washers on the opposite face to reduce axial play. A stainless steel screw secures the stack and ensures the hex rotates with the shaft under heavy traction typical in rock crawling.

Fitment advice: confirm both shaft thread and wheel bore measure 4mm prior to fitting, hand-check for runout after assembly, and ensure there is adequate clearance to suspension arms and bodywork once wider track is fitted. Note that widening the track improves roll resistance but can increase loads on wheel bearings and linkages, so re-inspect bearing fit and steering geometry.
