This aluminium hex wheel hub is a scale RC accessory used to adjust wheel offset on Axial Wraith vehicles. The component moves the wheel mounting point 5mm outboard compared to the standard hex, giving extra room for tyres and improved obstacle negotiation without changing suspension geometry.
Made from black anodized aluminium, the hub emphasises precise dimensions and consistent fitting. It is typically applied where small wheel position tweaks help with tyre alignment, clearance over rocks, or subtle handling adjustments on technical trail sections.
Installation is a direct replacement: take off the wheel, fit the wider hex hub in place of the original, then refit and torque the wheel fasteners to manufacturer settings. After fitting confirm the wheel is centred and that there is no interference with shocks or bodywork.
