Yeti steering tie rod replacement

This 5-piece tie rod assembly is intended for Axial Racing Yeti models and supplied to aid maintenance and rebuilds. The centre rods are spring steel for improved bend resistance and the ends are aluminium for clean mating with steering knuckles and hub carriers. Intended for hobby RC use only.

The part replaces standard tie rods to restore steering geometry and secure thread engagement at the rod ends, helping to reduce the likelihood of stripped threads. Fitment targets Axial Yeti style chassis; verify your linkage lengths and end-fit types before fitting. The set works well when renewing aged steering links or when experimenting with small steering adjustments during setup.

Installation calls for basic RC tools and routine linkage setup methods: remove the wheel, access steering links, check lengths, move ball cups or alter turnbuckles to match the original geometry, then tighten to the correct torque.
