On-road 95T spur for BD5 layouts

This spur gear is intended as a replacement for BD5-compatible on-road chassis and features the 95T tooth count indicated by the model designation. In 1/10 drivetrain systems, altering the spur tooth count is a straightforward way to modify the final ratio and affect vehicle response.

Compatibility is targeted at BD5-series assemblies, so check mounting holes and center distance prior to installation to confirm correct fitment. Because tooth count controls final gearing, fit the 95T spur with an appropriate pinion to hit your desired RPM and torque envelope.

Installation advice: set gear mesh at idle to avoid binding, provide slight backlash for free rotation, and re-torque mounting screws after an initial test run. Inspect the gear periodically and keep engagement lubricated to extend service life during tuning work.
