Designed for the HPI Bullet 3.0 platform, this alloy front gearbox plate is supplied as a 1pc set for RC-scale nitro MT and ST models using the WR8 or Bullet 3.0 front gearbox arrangement. It replaces the factory plate when damage occurs or when a stiffer alloy option is preferred for maintenance or setup work.

Purpose and fit: the plate secures the front gearbox housing and keeps the internal gears and bearings in correct alignment within the WR8 / Bullet 3.0 front end. An alloy plate tends to hold alignment more consistently under load and makes servicing the gear train more straightforward.

Fitting guidelines: basic dismantling of the front end is required to access the plate; remove the original, transfer any bearings or seals as needed, then refit using appropriate hex screws. Use standard RC hand tools, verify gear mesh and bearing seating during reassembly, and take care not to over-tighten fixings.

Application and tuning: this plate is aimed at owners maintaining or repairing WR8 and Bullet 3.0 nitro MT/ST cars. It is suitable for replacement after impacts, for chassis refreshes during rebuilds, and when steady gearbox alignment is needed while adjusting set-up parameters.
