Front gearbox mount plate overview

Designed for the HPI Bullet 3.0 platform, this alloy front gearbox plate is supplied as a 1pc set for RC-scale nitro MT and ST models using the WR8 or Bullet 3.0 front gearbox arrangement. It replaces the factory plate when damage occurs or when a stiffer alloy option is preferred for maintenance or setup work.

Purpose and fit: the plate secures the front gearbox housing and keeps the internal gears and bearings in correct alignment within the WR8 / Bullet 3.0 front end. An alloy plate tends to hold alignment more consistently under load and makes servicing the gear train more straightforward.

Fitting guidelines: basic dismantling of the front end is required to access the plate; remove the original, transfer any bearings or seals as needed, then refit using appropriate hex screws.
