The Team Powers R-DS1550SR-V4SPG offers a compact digital brushless solution for 1:10 scale RC cars where quick, repeatable steering input is required. Its four-pole brushless motor and direct-drive gearing aim to deliver improved electrical efficiency and consistent response over legacy brushed designs.

The unit is shortened by 2.5mm relative to the SSR V4 profile to assist clearance on low decks and cramped crossmembers. An aluminium case provides structural strength and thermal conduction, while a hybrid steel internal gear set and titanium output gear are specified to enhance longevity under load.

Programmable via an external servo program card, the servo allows adjustment of max power band, turn boost, dead band, response level, max torque, turn brake and centre trim. These options help drivers tailor behaviour for high-traction tracks or different drivetrain configurations.
