Specifically made for the AXIAL SCX6 1/6 4WD Jeep JLU Wrangler, this brass gearbox cover suits the front and rear gearbox cavities to provide mechanical protection and a tasteful amount of scale ballast while leaving the stock differential arrangement intact.
The cover is CNC machined from brass into a compact 3D shape to improve differential stability and maintain alignment under load through accurate machining. The kit includes one gearbox cover plus four stainless steel cap head screws for mounting, and the surface receives an anodised colour finish for abrasion resistance and visual appeal.
Installation is direct: remove the existing gearbox cover on the targeted axle, locate the brass cover on the original fixing points, and secure with the supplied 3x25 cap head screws. Always recheck gear mesh and bearing alignment after installation and spin the drivetrain by hand before powering up. This part is intended for RC model use only.
