Precision aluminium headlight brush guards for TRX4

This six-piece headlight brush guard set is compatible with Traxxas TRX4 Trail Crawler front lights and includes four white Delrin collars to protect the lamp mounts. Each guard is CNC-machined from 6061 T6 aluminium, then anodized for a clean, corrosion-resistant finish.

The guards provide a protective surround for the front headlights to reduce impact from branches, stones and trail debris during scale crawling, while keeping factory mounting points and lamp orientation unchanged.

Installation overview:

• Remove the original TRX4 front headlight assemblies from the body shell.
• Slide the supplied black mounting plate into the brush guard and fit the white Delrin collars onto the plate, two collars per side as supplied.
• Refit the original headlights with the factory screws, check alignment and clearance, then tighten to secure.

Use this aluminium guard to add a neat protective trim around TRX4 headlights; verify fitment in your setup and recheck fastener torque after trail use.
