Stabilizer seesaw component for Concept 60

The Kyosho H6002 stabilizer seesaw is supplied as a replacement pivot link for the Concept 60 stabilizer assembly. It reinstates the intended movement of the seesaw linkage on Concept 60 hobby helicopters.

Replace a degraded seesaw if you detect play, stiff movement, or scoring that reduces cyclic accuracy or upsets pitch trim. A new seesaw improves linkage predictability and supports steady hover and low-speed handling.

Workshop advice: remove canopy or rotor head access plates to expose the stabilizer, support the rotor head to stop unwanted rotation, then fit the H6002 with the original fixings or suitable equivalents. Verify unrestricted, symmetrical movement and complete a bench trim and control sweep before flight testing.

Inspection and maintenance: the seesaw directly affects stick centring and trim balance. Check this part when diagnosing trim drift or inconsistent cyclic inputs, and re-confirm link lengths and geometry following any replacement to ensure consistent flight traits.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Signs include looseness at the pivot, uneven or sticky movement, visible wear marks, or sudden changes in trim and cyclic feel. Any of these merit replacing the seesaw.
You can reuse original hardware if it is undamaged. Replace stripped or corroded screws and ensure torque is correct so movement remains free without slop.
If trim drift is caused by a worn or misaligned seesaw, fitting a new H6002 will often resolve the issue. After replacement, recheck swash and link geometry to confirm the root cause is addressed.
