The actual D'Antin Pramac Ducati ran Ducati Desmosedici-based machinery in the mid 2000s. In the 2005 season the team campaigned a GP4-derived Desmosedici, running on Dunlop tyres and wearing a red-and-black livery with hibiscus flower motifs on the cowling. Roberto Rolfo rode the No.44 machine while the operation served as a satellite support within Ducati's broader racing activities.

The kit mirrors the GP4 truss-frame and V4 arrangement typical of the Desmosedici line. Included are new moulded parts to represent NISSIN brake calipers and synthetic rubber tyres bearing Dunlop markings specific to this issue.
