Space-saving servo mount design

The Yokomo YOKIB203A is a machined aluminium low-profile servo mount supplied in blue, intended for DIB-compatible RC chassis. It is a scale accessory that reduces the vertical envelope of a standard servo where chassis clearance is limited, offering a tidy mounting solution rather than altering servo mechanics.

Installation uses the DIB mounting pattern: position the mount so its holes match the servo tray, fix the servo to the bracket, then attach the combined unit to the chassis with suitable screws. The component functions as a robust spacer and bracket to prevent servo casing contact and to permit a marginally lower servo horn placement.

When setting up the car, this mount is helpful if body shells or drivetrain layouts restrict servo location. It allows conservative repositioning without changing servo performance; expect only clearance benefits and a small adjustment to component mass distribution.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The bracket is designed for DIB-pattern points, but compatibility depends on the servo case size and hole spacing. Measure your servo and compare to the tray pattern before fitting.
Some chassis use slight variations of the DIB layout; confirm that your tray uses standard DIB hole spacing. If in doubt, test-fit or consult your chassis documentation.
Standard-size servos that align with DIB mounting holes are the intended fit. Slim or micro servos may require alternative hardware or adapters to secure properly.
After mounting, cycle the servo through full travel and verify clearance to the body, drivetrain, and any wiring. Make adjustments as necessary to avoid contact during operation.
