Shock bottom ball cap - white

Designed for the lower end of DP-DPM large-capacity shock cylinders, this white shock end is supplied in a 4-piece set. It functions as the base contact cap and should be replaced when the originals show wear, flattening, or distortion.

Compatibility is specified for DP-DPM shock cylinders, so confirm the shock body type prior to ordering. The cap works within the suspension assembly to help retain fluid and maintain correct linkage contact at the shock base. For consistent shock response replace caps in matched groups across the same axle or shock set.

To fit: remove the shock from the vehicle, disassemble the lower shock end as per your servicing procedure, exchange the old caps for the new ones, then reassemble using the same seals and retaining hardware. Before returning the model to use, verify the cap is seated and the shaft moves freely and smoothly.
