85-Tooth Harden Steel Spur for Sendero Trail Use

This spur is an aftermarket replacement made for the Enduro Sendero trail truck, sold individually. The ES085TS 85T lowers the gearing compared with the standard 87T, enabling a higher top speed while retaining the stock pinion gear.

Material specification: manufactured from Harden Steel #45 to deliver enhanced wear resistance and rigidity compared with softer stock materials, suitable for trail scenarios where gear life matters.

Installation guidance: the spur mounts beside the motor pinion in the drivetrain. Remove the old spur, fit the ES085TS, then set mesh and backlash to prevent binding. Verify smooth rotation and resecure all fasteners to the correct torque.

Included item: Spur Gear - 1pcs

Check that your chassis uses the same spur mount and tooth count as the Enduro Sendero. Measure diameter and mounting pattern to ensure compatibility.
Not if mesh and backlash are set correctly. Harden Steel can be tougher on mating components, so inspect pinion and bearings and correct any misalignment.
After installation, run the drivetrain by hand to check for binding, then periodically inspect the gear for wear and ensure hardware remains tight.
