This RC-scale replacement case set fits Futaba S5801 servos and is provided without retail packing. It supplies the external housing pieces that enclose the servo internals and secure the output shaft and mounting tabs.

Use this kit when a damaged shell needs swapping out, or when relocating the PCB, gears and electronics into a new enclosure during workshop tuning. The design accepts the original S5801 internal assembly without modification.

The fitting process is to remove the existing case screws, transfer the PCB, gear train and output horn into the replacement shell, and refit the matching fasteners. Always check the spline engagement and horn alignment before final tightening to maintain correct neutral centring on the bench.
