Servo Case Shell Replacement Overview

This replacement shell set is compatible with Futaba BLS152 servos and includes upper and lower housings for refurbishment projects. The product does not include a heatsink and is intended to restore serviceability to worn or damaged cases.

For a rebuild, remove the old housing and transfer the PCB, gears, bearings, and output gear into the new upper and bottom shells, then reassemble and confirm correct gear mesh and endplay. The component acts as a mechanical enclosure only and will not change servo electronics or thermal performance without an added heatsink.

Fitment advice: document internal component orientation prior to removal, keep seals and shims in their original positions, and verify travel and centring at low voltage once reassembled. This part is suited to maintenance, chassis repair jobs, and restorative work on compatible BLS152 servos.
