The Futaba FUSHORN-C Type-C horn is an accessory for standard Futaba servo outputs, supplied in a set of four without fixing screws. It has a medium circular profile with a D6mm centre hole and is intended for typical linkage uses such as steering arms, throttle linkages and other control connections on model cars, boats and aircraft.
Functioning as the mechanical interface between the servo output and the model's linkage, the horn transfers servo motion to the control rod. As screws are not provided, ensure you source appropriate-length fasteners that match the servo output and the horn's D6mm centre bore. Its standard profile makes it an easy spare for when you refine throw, end points or direction via your transmitter and servo settings.
On installation, confirm the horn sits flush on the servo splined shaft and that rotation is free for the full travel to avoid binding. Use the transmitter to fine tune neutral and travel to deliver expected steering or control response without overstressing the servo.
