Fit notes for GGT10 cylinder heads

This O.S. Engine OS4A404000 cylinder head is supplied as an RC-scale replacement for GGT10-series engines. It serves as the cover for the combustion chamber and is intended for repair or renewal on compatible GGT10 engines from O.S. Engine.

When installing, remove the head following the engine maker's procedure, inspect the sealing surfaces and head gasket condition, then refit the head using the specified fastener sequence and torque settings from the engine manual. Avoid overtightening and check that the glow plug and cooling passages have adequate clearance.

Removing and replacing a damaged head can restore compression and sealing as part of a rebuild. It is also practical when inspecting piston, sleeve, and carburetor settings to help ensure reliable engine operation in scale RC use.
