Micro middle-shape tyre with internal insert

These micro middle-shape rubber tyres are supplied as a pair and are cut for use on Hyper 7, MP7.5, MP9 and RC8 on-road cars. The central profile focuses tread contact and tunes sidewall flex so you can alter traction and steering balance without changing wheel offsets.

To fit, place the insert into the tyre before seating on the rim, make sure the bead sits uniformly and clean any excess adhesive from the tread. Minor trimming or static balancing may be needed to remove vibration after mounting; use common tyre adhesive and allow it to set completely before running.

As a tuning component the middle-shape adjusts mid-corner grip and transient steering. Expect the chassis to respond differently to load transfer, so change damper and toe settings in small increments and assess over short test laps.
