Practical setup and maintenance advice

• Fitment: Produced to pair with SCX30 drivetrain geometry; confirm alignment with the axle and gearbox housing before finishing assembly.
• Gear mesh: Establish correct backlash using shims or adjustable mounts to ensure even tooth contact; avoid excessive preload which can damage bearings and the pinion.
• Lubrication: Use a light metal gear grease on mating surfaces to reduce wear; inspect and reapply after initial running and heavy use.
