Kraton 6S EXB Gearbox Sealing Solution

This silicone sealing gasket is provided as an aftermarket option for ARRMA gearboxes, cut to suit the front and rear gearbox housings on Kraton 6S EXB and a broad set of ARRMA 1/7–1/8 platforms. The 3M adhesive backing secures the gasket during rebuild and helps keep oil and grease confined inside the gearbox, away from bearings and nearby drivetrain parts.

The chosen material and profile suit hobby RC gearbox service, resisting compression and aging so the gasket can be reused across routine maintenance cycles. It is listed as a direct replacement for the original part ARA311190 and performs the same sealing role without alterations to gearbox parts.

Practically, a sealed gearbox retains lubricant at spur and pinion interfaces and lowers the risk of bearing contamination, which can reduce maintenance frequency under demanding conditions.
