This replacement wheel joint set is intended for TRAXXAS X-MAXX 8S applications where higher drivetrain loads are expected. The parts link the axle case to the front or rear CVD and are made to reduce play and handle increased output from brushless setups.

The joint body is 1.5mm thick, the shaft pin measures 0.5mm more than the stock item, and the outer diameter is increased from 17mm to 18mm to aid power transfer through the driveline. These changes prioritise strength and a tighter CVD interface while keeping the original axle geometry unchanged.

Installation: these joints replace the original component at the driveshaft to axle case/CVD junction. Basic axle housing and CVD disassembly is required, and common RC tools plus thread locker should be used. Supplied as a 2pcs set for one axle position.
