Stiffening the B-Max4III front section

This graphite front brace, produced by Yokomo for the B-Max4III, is designed to stiffen the front part of the chassis and affect handling balance during setup. The upgrade changes how the front end responds to steering inputs and small surface changes, allowing more predictable reactions.

Fitment notes: the part designation indicates B-Max4III compatibility, so it uses that chassis mounting arrangement. No alternate adapters are assumed; check the hole alignment on your existing front bulkhead before committing to installation to avoid placing extra stress on fixings or the chassis.

Fitting guidance: fit with the factory mounting hardware or matching-diameter screws, tighten in stages and inspect preload to prevent overcompressing composite fittings. As with all hop-ups, trial minor adjustments on-track to determine how increased front stiffness affects understeer and transient turn-in.

Care recommendations: graphite components are strong but can show hairline cracks from impacts; inspect after crashes. Clean with a soft brush and a mild, composite-safe solvent, and re-torque fasteners after first test runs.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
If another chassis shares identical hole placement and bulkhead layout, the brace may fit, but always verify alignment and mounting clearance before fitting to avoid unintended loading of screws or deformation.
Use a soft brush to remove debris and a mild solvent that is safe for composites. Avoid abrasive cleaners and inspect the part for small cracks after cleaning and after test running.
