Precision Spinner for 4.0mm Shafts

This Hirobo HI0005025 spinner is an accessory for RC-scale aircraft that require a 4.0mm motor shaft and a 30mm spinner diameter. It joins a low mass spinner cone to an aluminium backplate which provides a firm mounting surface against the motor output while keeping the nose assembly compact for small electric models.

Compatibility and fitment advice: the spinner cone is designed to centre on a 4.0mm motor shaft bore and the aluminium backplate bears against the motor face to transmit clamping pressure. Follow your motor manufacturer's fastening recommendations and confirm axial clearance to the propeller or collet before flying.

Service and balancing guidance: installing a spinner will affect propeller balance and can modify vibration. Conduct static and dynamic balancing after fitment and recheck after initial flights. If vibration persists, inspect seating, backplate contact and shaft alignment. The part improves airflow around the prop hub and completes the nose styling on electric aircraft.

Measure the axial distance from the motor face to the propeller or collet and compare to the spinner and backplate stack height. Ensure there is adequate clearance before securing the spinner.
The aluminium backplate provides rigidity and distributes clamping loads against the motor face, which helps maintain alignment and reduce wear compared with thin plastic plates in high load situations.
