This replacement stabilizer bar is intended for Embla SZM2 rotorheads. The L=220 code identifies the nominal installed length and its effect on control linkage geometry.
In service the bar helps to dampen abrupt cyclic inputs and delivers smoother transitional control. When installed on an Embla SZM2 rotor assembly it will influence neutral feel and the rate at which corrective inputs are transmitted through the head.
To install on a standard Embla SZM2 setup, remove the current stabilizer bar and fit the HI0304115 into the original mounting points, making sure linkages move freely without binding. Check that ball links and linkage cups are secure and that the bar can tilt and rotate without interference.
For tuning, use factory linkage lengths as a starting reference, adjust link positions in small increments, and test hover and slow transitional manoeuvres after each change. Small adjustments have measurable effects on cyclic authority and stability, so document settings for repeatable results.
