Hobby Boss has released 80268 F/A-18A HORNET in 1/72 Scale Models assembly kit under Fighter Aircrafts Military Series category
The F/A-18 "Hornet" is simply one and two-seat, double motor, multi-mission fighter/attack aircraft that'll operate from either aircraft providers or land bases. The F/A-18 fills a variety of functions: environment superiority, fighter escort, suppression of enemy environment defenses, reconnaissance, forward air control, close and deep environment assistance, and almost all the time hit missions. The F/A-18 Hornet replaced the F-4 Phantom II fighter and A-7 Corsair II light attack jet, and replaced the A-6 Intruder since these aircraft was indeed resigned through the whole 1990s.
