This aluminium differential bearing holder is an RC-scale replacement intended for use with Hot Bodies Cyclone Sport and Racing versions. It provides a firmer bearing seat than many stock polymer holders, helping to keep bearings correctly aligned during demanding running.

The stiffer mounting surface helps reduce lateral play in the differential on the bench, which often leads to more consistent drivetrain behaviour when you adjust gearing, oil, or other tuning parameters.

Installation follows routine diff servicing: remove the differential from its gearbox, extract bearings and the original holder, press bearings into the new aluminium holder ensuring proper seating, then rebuild and refit the assembly. Standard RC hand tools such as hex drivers are sufficient. After fitting, verify bearing preload and that the diff spins freely without binding.
