This aluminium tension post is supplied for Hot Bodies Cyclone Sport and Racing variants. The anodized purple finish identifies the part which guides the belt and allows fine tension adjustment within the Cyclone belt-drive arrangement.

Install directly at the designated belt-post fixing on the Cyclone chassis using the original screw and mounting hole. Ensure the belt tracks correctly and avoid over-torquing the screw to prevent thread damage. This post is intended only for routing and tension control and will not change drivetrain geometry.

Maintain the post by checking for wear along the belt path and keeping the threads clean of grime. Regular pre-run inspections will help retain consistent belt tension and predictable handling.
