BJ056 Delrin spacer collars

This aftermarket pack supplies eight Delrin collars made for the HPI Racing BAJA BJ056 chassis, intended for RC-scale applications only. Each collar serves as a spacer and locator on suspension and driveline parts to retain shaft alignment and control lateral movement during setup and maintenance tasks.

Delrin is chosen for its low friction coefficient and resistance to wear in small contact zones, helping to prevent binding where metal components meet the collar. Use them when tuning drivetrain geometry, setting bearing preload, or replacing aged plastic spacers during routine service.

Fitting is straightforward: slide a collar onto the relevant shaft or axle to verify fit and axial location, then secure adjacent fasteners in line with the chassis service instructions. As tolerances vary across assemblies, confirm clearance with moving components before final assembly and wheel-up testing. The kit contains 8 pcs to serve several mounting points or provide spares when needed.
