HPI Savage / Savage X Precision Alloy Body Post Mounts Front and Rear SAV1032A by GPM  [SAV1032A]

This aluminium alloy front and rear body post mount is a direct-fit accessory tailored for HPI Savage and Savage X models. It uses a solid alloy post together with a captive spring and E-clips to keep the body secure while permitting fast adjustment of ride height and body tension for track or field setups.

Installation on Savage chassis with removable posts is quick: the mount locates to the original post position and is retained with the supplied E-clips, while the spring applies vertical preload to reduce unwanted shell bounce. The alloy construction offers increased stiffness over plastic posts, helping the body maintain alignment across rough surfaces without influencing suspension geometry.

These mounts are a chassis interface upgrade rather than a suspension tune; increasing retention can curb lift and flap at speed, and controlled spring preload allows the body to move with suspension travel to avoid binding. Intended for hobby and track use on HPI Savage / Savage X platforms.
