HUDY 105250 bands for consistent tyre seating

Model builders seeking a secure tyre-to-rim joint will appreciate the HUDY 105250 bands, which apply steady pressure around the bead to encourage a strong adhesive bond and limit air pockets. A properly seated bead helps maintain tyre reliability in racing or practice sessions.

Suitable for 1/10 off-road models

The small dimension is aimed at 1/10 scale off-road cars and suits both 2WD and 4WD layouts. Holding the bead firmly in the glue channel leads to a more uniform seal across the wheel circumference.

Available finishes and pack size

Offered in black or purple to match your setup. Each pack includes four bands, enough for one full wheelset or as spare parts for regular tyre maintenance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some HUDY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 8-12 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They are compatible with most foam filled tyres when the insert is positioned correctly. Make sure the bead sits flat in the channel before stretching the band into place.
Apply a moderate bead of glue rather than a heavy layer, then fit the band evenly. Excess glue can be wiped away once the band is removed after curing.
The bands only compress the bead and do not alter tyre diameter significantly, so ride height and handling should remain unchanged once tyres are glued and mounted.
